The octagonal outdoors chancel of Tetzel (Tetzelkanzel) with Gothic gargoyles is on the northern side of the Herrgottskirche in Creglingen. According to tradition, the Dominican priest Johannes Tetzel, who got Luther’s back seriously up, preached from here to promote the buying of indulgences.
