The Gothic west rood screen in Naumburg Cathedral, made by the Master of Naumburg around 1240-50, is considered one of the most important art and architectural items from the Middle Ages.
The reliefs depict (from left) the Last Supper, Judas receiving the 30 pieces of silver, arrest of Christ, Peter denying knowledge of Christ, two guards, Pilate washing his hands, flagellation, and carrying of the Cross.
