Several paintings by Hans Holbein the Younger are in the Mauritshuis. His Portrait of Robert Cheseman, the chief falconer of King Henry VIII, is particularly refined, although Jane Seymour is still generally known now even without further explanation. (Her painting on the right here is often attributed to his workshop rather than toe Holbein himself.)
