The opulent salon train (Salonwagon) of Bavarian King Ludwig II was produced in a rococo style in the 1860s. It was rarely used and got the nickname Versailles on Wheels for its over the top Louis XIV style.
On display in the DB Museum (German Railways) in Nuremberg (Nürnberg), Germany.
