Chigi Chapel in Santa Maria del Popolo

The Chigi Chapel in Santa Maria del Popolo is the only religious building designed by Raphael to have been preserved in its original form. It is filled with art from the Renaissance (Raphael and Lorenzetto) and Baroque (Bernini).

The dome mosaic was designed by Raphael and he also designed the sculpture of Jonah and the Whale executed by Lorenzetto. Bernini made Habakkuk and the Angel as well as the light with Mary crown.
