The Cologne Harbour Christmas Market (Kölner Hafen Weihnachtsmarkt) is held in front of the Chocolate Museum (on a peninsula in the Rhine to the south of the old town). The market has 70 stalls, a few rides, and a large Ferris wheel (48 m) for excellent views of Cologne and the Rhine. This market usually remains open until the 1st of January.
