Berliner Mauer and the Gropius Bau

A large section of the Berlin Wall survived in between the Potsdamer Platz and Checkpoint Charlie. The Gropius Bau was designed by Martin Gropius, a great uncle of the Bauhaus founder architect Walter Gropius.
