Hof van Savoy

The Palace of Margret of Austria in Mechelen was one of the first Renaissance buildings in the region. She was the aunt of Holy Roman Emperor Charles V and rules much of the Netherlands from 1507 to 1530. The building is now used as law courts but the lovely courtyard garden is open for free.
