Visit the Albrecht Dürer House Museum where Germany's most famous Renaissance artist lived and worked for 20 years in Nuremberg (Nürnberg) to see his Rhinocerus of 1515 being reprinted on typical printers

Albrecht Dürer’s Rhinocerus printing 1515 determined the way much of Europe see rhinoceros for well over 250 years. Dürer made the print on the strength of a description of the animal and had to improvise where no information was available.

A reprint is often make using copies of Dürer’s printing press when visiting the Albrecht-Dürer-Haus Museum in Nuremberg, Germany
